Federal Court Ruling Favors Law Professor and Child Advocate

Matthew Dietz, the director of the Disability Inclusion and Advocacy Law Clinic at NSU’s Shepard Broad College of Law, was one of the attorneys in a case that led to a federal judge ruling that the state of Florida can no longer keep children with medically complex conditions in senior nursing homes.
